Patrick Sullivan is a Partner and Investment Analyst at Starboard Value LP. Prior to joining Starboard in September 2015, Mr. Sullivan was a Vice President at GMT Capital, an equity long/short fund where he focused on investments in healthcare and industrials companies. Previously, he was an Associate at Summit Partners, a private equity firm where he focused on investments in technology and media companies. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in their Global Industrials Group. Mr. Sullivan received an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Boston College, where he received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Mathematics.
