Kim Blair is the Director of Human Resources at Starboard Value LP. Additionally, Ms. Blair holds the titles of New York Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Starboard’s CEO, Jeff Smith. Ms. Blair joined Starboard in 2010 and became the Director of Human Relations in 2017. Prior to joining Starboard, Ms. Blair was a member of Actors’ Equity Association and the Screen Actors Guild, having appeared in several stage productions, commercials, TV series and movies. Ms. Blair received a B.F.A. from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
