Pat Gargiulo is the Controller of Starboard Value LP. Prior to joining Starboard in November 2023, Mr. Gargiulo served as the Controller for Darsana Capital Partners LP, where he led many of the non-investment team efforts surrounding the accounting, tax, operations, and valuation for the fund. Previously, he was a part of the Accounting and Product Control teams at Moore Capital Management. Mr. Gargiulo started his career as an Accountant and Auditor at Ernst & Young. He graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. and an M.B.A. in Accounting. In addition, Mr. Gargiulo is a CPA in the State of New York.
