Morris Tucker is a Managing Director and the Head of Operations at Starboard Value LP. Prior to joining Starboard in January 2012, Mr. Tucker was the Vice President of Operations at MFA Financial Inc. Prior to that, he was an Operations Manager at GoldenTree Asset Management, LP, focusing on High Yield Investment Operations and Corporate Actions. Mr. Tucker graduated from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Business, where he received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
