Mark Dunn is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Business Development at Starboard Value LP, where he is directly responsible for institutional capital development and maintenance. Prior to joining Starboard in May 2022, Mr. Dunn was the Head of Capital Development of the Americas and Asia at Millennium Management LLC. Prior to joining Millennium in May 2010, Mr. Dunn held various investment banking roles in the Financial Institutions Groups of HSBC Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, and First Union Capital Markets. Mr. Dunn graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Analytical Finance and Accounting.
