Tatiana Lewin is General Counsel of Starboard Value LP. Prior to joining Starboard in August 2026, Ms. Lewin spent 13 years at PSP Investments in senior legal leadership roles supporting the firm’s private credit and alternative investment platforms and advising on strategic transactions, governance matters, and enterprise initiatives. Prior to that, she was an associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Lewin received a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal.
