Lindsey Cara is General Counsel of Starboard Value LP. Prior to joining Starboard in April 2016, Ms. Cara was in legal and compliance at Protégé Partners, LLC. Previously, she served in the Investment Funds, Advisers, and Derivatives group at Sidley Austin LLP. Ms. Cara received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Bucknell University, where she graduated cum laude.
